TRAPPED is a premier escape room experience offering interactive and immersive puzzles and challenges. The facility features a variety of themed rooms where participants must solve clues and complete tasks within a set time limit to “escape” the room. Known for its engaging scenarios and high-quality design, TRAPPED provides a fun and team-building experience for groups, families, and corporate events. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to schedule work, issue score sheets, and monitor equipment to detect wear and damage. They should also operate rides and amusements, manage the safety area, and run the game booth
• The candidates should perform maintenance on rides and equipment, clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds, and secure and release safety belts and bars
• The candidates should be the point of contact for handling emergency situations, operate 4-wheel drive vehicles, and check motor room equipment, gear boxes, carriage, and tension systems for safe operation
• The candidates should assist clients/guests with special needs, coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and monitor quality and production levels
• The candidates should oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and resolve work problems while providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
• The candidates should supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles, and provide customer service. They should also establish work schedules and procedures
