Kool Country Gardens is a thriving botanical haven nestled in the heart of the countryside. Renowned for its picturesque landscapes and diverse plant collections, Kool Country Gardens offers visitors a tranquil retreat from the bustle of city life. With sprawling gardens, lush greenery, and vibrant blooms, the gardens provide a serene setting for leisurely strolls, picnics, and special events. Salary: $28.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Blue Mountains, ON
Shifts: Early Morning
Work setting: Rural area, various locations, landscape contractor
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Tools, steel-toed safety boots, gloves
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
- The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as required for the job
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work environments
- The candidates should demonstrate manual dexterity in performing task.
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors as necessary for the role
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work hours
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods during their shifts
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of their duties
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
