Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• The candidates should be physically capable of handling heavy loads and performing demanding tasks

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be attentive to detail, accurate, dependable, hardworking, and team players

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload and transport construction materials, perform pre-operational inspection, and read blueprints to determine work requirements
• The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and level earth to fine grade specifications
• The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
