Salary: $22.50 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks, should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, and should have strong hand-eye coordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable, should be flexible, and should be hardworking
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- The candidates should be able to assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, should be able to perform routine maintenance work, and should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
