Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Residential
Equipment and machinery experience: Reciprocating saws, circular saws, chippers, jackhammers, air compressors, air guns, nail guns, drills, small front end loaders, and sledgehammer
Own tools/equipment: Tools, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, cellular phone, ear plugs, and safety vest
Credentials: Personal protective equipment (ppe) training, Construction safety training systems (CSTS) certificate, and first aid certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check and Driving Record Check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and perform manual dexterity tasks
- The candidates should be able to manage repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads, with overtime required and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and be flexible
- The candidates should be reliable and a team player
Candidate Status:

- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
