Salary: $36.50 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments
• The candidates should be willing to work outdoors

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and excellent written communication skills.

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials, prepare production and other reports, and recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and schedule activities, co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, read blueprints and drawings, and supervise workers and projects
• The candidates should be able to train or arrange for training
