Types of crops: Apples, Cucumbers, Raspberries, Sweet corn, Tomatoes and Zucchinis
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Planting equipment, Tillage equipment, Tractor
Own tools/equipment: Uniform
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with repetitive tasks, and should be capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet demanding physical requirements
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, should possess good hand-eye coordination, and should have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, be comfortable with walking, and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate client focus and be dependable
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and should have excellent oral communication
- The candidates should be flexible, take initiative, demonstrate reliability, and be a team player

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for the market
- The candidates should be able to weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
- The candidates should be able to utilize hand and power tool
