Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Combine harvester, Farm truck, Fertilizer applicator, Fruit harvester, Haying equipment, Lift truck, Manure spreader, Planting equipment, Sprayer or duster, Tractor, Vegetable harvester, Hand tools
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming
- The candidates should have experience in wheat farming
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently and be physically fit for tasks that involve handling heavy loads and are physically demanding
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess sound discrimination skills
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required, have manual dexterity to perform tasks efficiently, and be prepared to manage a large workload efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, hand harvest vegetables, and harvest seedlings
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, cut seeds, and implement soil fertility programs
- The candidates should be able to perform vegetable culling, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, and examine produce for quality, preparing it for the market
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports, set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops, and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry, and clean the work area
