Salary: $16.75 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Delta, BC
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, capable of standing for extended periods, and able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities and be strong team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to grade, hoe crops, and pick row and orchard crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, clean work areas, and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
