Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Forklift, Tractor

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity

Other Requirements:

The candidate should be organized
The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to christmas tree shearing
The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
The candidates should be able to harvest crops
The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market
The candidates should be able to work in a team with shared supervisory responsibilities
The candidates should be able to organize and direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns, clean work area
