Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to clean the crops, divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots, and grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market
The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, harvest seedlings, and harvest crops
The candidates should be able to pack fruits and vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
The candidates should be able to sort fruits and vegetables, examine products for quality and their readiness for the market
