Salary: $16.71 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming, being comfortable working outdoors and able to work in dusty, hot, and noisy environments, as well as in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically demanding work, possessing manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, able to stand for extended periods, perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks, and adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during their duties, including walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate good judgment, organizational skills, and reliability.
- The candidates should be willing to collaborate, be a team player, and exhibit quick learning abilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to hand-harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as harvest crops
