Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops, divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots, and grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, harvest seedlings, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality, perform weeding, and clean the work area
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and examine products for quality and readiness for the market
