Salary: $17.20 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an assetÂ
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to manage repetitive tasks, work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be comfortable with a large workload and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, including walking for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, a team player, and a quick learner
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots and pick row and orchard crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
