Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Poultry
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable with chicken farming, strong odors, and working in dirty environments
- The candidates should be familiar with poultry and egg production
- The candidates should be able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks and performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to disinfect pens, barns, or poultry houses, handle animals, and monitor animal health
- The candidates should be able to organize tasks to accomplish the work, perform livestock feeding, and feed and tend animals
- The candidates should be able to clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, and perform general farm duties
