Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable with corn farming, other grain farming, and other miscellaneous crop farming, working outdoors, in confined spaces, and in potentially dangerous environments, whether wet/damp, noisy, odorous, hot, or cold/refrigerated
- The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, handling repetitive and physically demanding tasks, and managing heavy loads
- The candidates should pay attention to detail, possess hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colors, and have good sound discrimination abilities
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting, standing, walking, as well as tasks involving standing for extended periods, walking, and bending, crouching, and kneeling. Additionally, they should be open to working overtime when required and be able to handle a large workload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, sound judgment, organization, strong abilities as a team player, and adherence to values and ethics, as well as exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
