Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be experienced in organic farming, adept at working in confined spaces, and capable of handling heavy loads
• The candidates should be comfortable working at heights, able to work in hot conditions, and physically fit to meet the demands of the role
• The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, skilled in meeting tight deadlines, and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments, capable of working under pressure, and proficient in walking
• The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills and be highly organized
• The candidates should be a team player known for their reliability

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to perform greenhouse cleaning
• The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer
• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops
• The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
• The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
