Shifts: Weekend, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in dusty, hot, and noisy environments
• The candidates should be able to efficiently perform repetitive tasks and excel at meeting tight deadlines
• The candidates should be capable of safely handling heavy loads and be physically fit for demanding tasks
• The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination and be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
• The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods if necessary and adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking tasks
• The candidates should be able to walk as part of their regular job duties and handle weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) when necessary

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, lower, and weed
• The candidates should be able to clean the work area, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
