Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Type of crops: Bell peppers, cabbage, cauliflowers, melons, strawberries, tomatoes, zucchinis, and vegetables
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, however experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, tractor, vegetable harvester, fertilizer applicator, lift truck, planting equipment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various conditions such as wet/damp, odorous, and dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to tolerate hot and noisy conditions, as well as cold/refrigerated environments
- The candidates should demonstrate adaptability to changing weather conditions and be able to work effectively in diverse settings
- The candidates should have to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, often under pressure and while handling heavy loads
- The candidates should possess physical endurance and be capable of standing for extended periods, as well as performing tasks requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking
- The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between colors and sounds
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have flexibility and be a team payer
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the rows efficiently
- They should have the capability to divide freshly harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- The candidates should be able to be skilled in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops effectively
- The candidates should be able to be proficient in writing daily basic progress reports to track farm activities
- The candidates should be able to possess the ability to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine products for quality and readiness for the market to ensure high standards are met
