Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Gloves and steel-toed safety boots:
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in fruit and vegetable combination farming and knowledgeable about dust management techniques in agricultural settings
- The candidates should be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks and be capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should have a keen attention to detail and be able to stand for extended periods, capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to walk for extended periods, able to handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

- The candidates should be efficient in interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should exhibit sound judgment in decision-making and be organized in their work habits
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments and deadlines, and be team players, able to collaborate effectively
- The candidates should adhere to values and ethics in their work and be quick learners, able to grasp new concepts rapidly
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean, grade, and hand-harvest crops, as well as sort and pack fruits and vegetables to meet market standards and fetch high prices
