Type of crops: Blueberries, Cauliflowers, Cucumbers, Raspberries, Strawberries, Sweet corn, and Tomatoes

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and meet the physical demands of the job
• The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination, be comfortable standing for extended periods, and be able to perform activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks and responsibilities and be able to collaborate effectively as a team player

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the rows, clean crops, and clear fields of wood and stones
• The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market, hand-harvest vegetables, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports, clean the work area, and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
