Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, manage physically demanding tasks, and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should have strong hand-eye coordination, be attentive to detail, and be able to bend, crouch, and kneel
- The candidates should be able to work overtime as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, be flexible, and have good judgment

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the rows, weed, and clean the work area
- The candidates should be able to divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots, hand harvest vegetables, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, and detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, and examine products for quality and readiness for the market
