Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks and have hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, kneel and work overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills, should be flexible, should exercise judgment

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the row and divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high prices in the market and hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and perform weeding
- The candidates should be able to clean work areas and fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment and clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry and examine products for quality and readiness for the market
