Salary: $17.40 hourly for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and in wet or damp conditions
• The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments and in hot conditions
• The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments
• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure
• The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and handle physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel
• The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required and handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be organized and a team player

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

• The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the rows and clean the crops
• The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops and harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
