Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to demonstrate attention to detail, stand for extended periods, and handle a large workload
• The candidates should be able to work while sitting, work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and walk as part of their tasks

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers, clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas, and cut agricultural crops
• The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, monitor animal health, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and fertilize and spray crops
• The candidates should be able to harvest crops, load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, and detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
• The candidates should be able to examine product for quality and its readiness for the market

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
