Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, handling heavy loads as required
- The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colors accurately, with a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to handle physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods as needed, while being comfortable adapting to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
