Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in environments with odors, dust, heat, noise, and cold/refrigerated conditions.
- The candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, familiar with repetitive tasks, and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, have manual dexterity, and possess attention to detail
- The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination, be able to stand for extended periods, and be adept at a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be accustomed to a large workload and able to work under pressure

- The candidates should prioritize punctuality and exhibit dependability
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and excel in excellent oral communication
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, show initiative, and be reliable

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment, ensuring efficient and safe movement
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products accurately, verifying compliance with specifications
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products according to established procedures, meeting quality standards
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in their tasks to support overall productivity
- The candidates should be able to perform other laboring and elemental activities essential for the smooth operation of the plant
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas regularly, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
