Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, establish objectives, and formulate or approve policies and programs
- The candidates should be able to authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
- The candidates should be able to select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions
