Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 hours per week

Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is not available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Own tools/equipment: Tools and Cellular phone

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure, bend, crouch, and kneel, and pay attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to distinguish between colors

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be dependable, have excellent oral communication skills, and show flexibility
• The candidate should take initiative, exercise good judgement, and stay organized
• The candidate should be reliable and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
• The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, work with minimal supervision, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
• The candidates should be able to repair cracks and holes
