Salary: $28.90 hourly for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to construct clay models and moulds for use in casting concrete products and record manufacturing information such as quantity, size, and type of goods produced and set up and operate automatic machines that mix ingredients, extrude tempered clay mixture, and cut extruded clay into sections
The candidates should be able to set up, adjust, and operate single-function machines to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete to specifications and build and repair wooden frames used to mould concrete products and check products for quality control
The candidates should be able to perform ongoing machine adjustments and fill moulds with concrete and fill moulds with slip to form pottery and porcelain ware
The candidates should be able to operate stone-dressing lathe to sharpen and dress grindstones that grind logs into pulp and read blueprints, schemas, and drawings and finish surfaces of castings using screed or trowel
