Type of products: Deciduous trees, Ferns, Native plants, Perennials, Bedding plants, Berry bushes, Fruit trees, Ornamental trees, shrubs, and hedges, Seasonal plants, and Tropical plants
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors and be comfortable working in wet/damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks, capable of handling physically demanding tasks, able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, perform deleafing, and clean greenhouses
- The candidates should be able to weed, write daily basic progress reports, and assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
- The candidates should be able to mix and prepare soils, pot and re-pot plants, water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean the work area
