Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

The candidates should be 16 or older

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to zone the department
The candidates should be able to provide exemplary customer service by adhering to the basic beliefs and values of Walmart
The candidates should be able to maintain and zone the grocery area
The candidates should be able to assist with stocking and the sale of goods
The candidates should be able to rotate stock and check for expired products
The candidates should be able to ensure the merchandise is properly signed and priced
The candidates should be able to adhere to food safety and handling procedures and follow sanitation and cleaning procedures
The candidates should be able to follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels
The candidates should be able to ensure that the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business
The candidates should be able to follow Health and Safety guidelines
The candidates should be able to stock merchandise/pick and down stock if applicable. They should also apply for product protection when required and set and complete modular, including flex modular, and sets new shelf caps
