- The candidates should be able to delegate, assist, and follow up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks, including section work, capping bins, and stocking picks
- The candidates should be able to delegate, assist, and follow up on the completion of price changes and feature sets
- The candidates should be able to delegate, assist, and follow up on modular completion in the assigned area
- The candidates should be able to delegate and support coverage in required areas on the sales floor as needed, including support with recovery and zoning activities
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policies and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris
- The candidates should be able to ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage requirements
- The candidates should be able to train, coach, and offer feedback to associates effectively
