Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in flower and plant maintenance

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs and a solid work ethic and the ability to have fun while working hard
• The candidates should be able to deadhead flowers and ensure beds are weed-free, clean up and prune trees
• The candidates should be able to clean up and weed walkways, power wash all walkways and roads and physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess communication skills to interact effectively within the work environment, with guests, and among employees
• The candidates should hold a valid driver’s license, perform garbage pick-up in and around the resort, cut lawns resort-wide, including common areas, hotels, and the general property
• The candidates should assist Village Amenities Staff in all aspects, maintain a clean, crisp, and professional appearance
• The candidates should be aware of the condition of the grounds and identify areas that need attention
• The candidates should have a good knowledge of the resort and current events, activities, or functions to inform guests
• The candidates should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working outdoors and hold a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to perform snow removal on walkways and stairs to ensure safe and clear access for guests
• The candidates should be able to clean rooftops of heavy snow when required, maintaining safety and preventing snow buildup
• The candidates should be able to use snow blowers effectively to maintain walkways and decks, ensuring a clean and safe environment
• The candidates should be able to ensure the safety of guests by preventing large snow slides and falling icicles from becoming hazards
• The candidates should be able to assist general maintenance staff with various tasks to support the overall upkeep of the property
• The candidates should be able to contribute to maintaining resort cleanliness and ensuring a high standard of hygiene
• The candidates should be able to perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the needs of the team
