Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working effectively under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should be organized and be strong team players

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures
  • The candidates should be able to take, cancel, and change room reservations, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and offer general information about points of interest in the area
  • The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges, receive payments, perform clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying), answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide customer service
