Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 10 to 20 hours per week

Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and exhibit attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication, demonstrate flexibility, and organization
- The candidates should be reliable, dependable, team players, and able to multitask effectively
- The candidates should have strong time management skills and demonstrate efficiency in their work, be outgoing, and maintain a positive attitude
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide services
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, record and relay information, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and answer telephones and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
