Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and reliability, showing initiative and exercising sound judgment in their work
- The candidates should be organized, consistently meeting expectations and delivering results
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, as well as make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, perform minor repairs on appliances, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, ensuring the upkeep of the facility
