Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 42.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Petersburg, ON
Shifts: 08:00 to 17:00
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, power tools, power lawn mowers, small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in all weather conditions and be comfortable working outdoors
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris, and empty trash cans and waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, make adjustments and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and coordinate with tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for establishment maintenance, move heavy furniture and equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks like painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, or gardens, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
