Salary: $35.40 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

• The candidates should be flexibility, organized, and reliability

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers and balance rent roll
• The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment and perform safety and security checks
• The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies and work with minimal supervision
• The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas and evaluate customer service and store environments
• The candidates should be able to ensure safety procedures are followed

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
