Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads as required and be physically fit to handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary for their job duties, and able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed for their job responsibilities

- The candidates should demonstrate dependability by consistently meeting job expectations and deadlines
- The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing work requirements and environments

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, supervise other workers, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and work with minimal supervision
