Salary: $15.20 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and have experience in handling repetitive tasks, capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should possess physical strength and endurance for physically demanding tasks, demonstrating manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors and be comfortable standing for extended periods, engaging in activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling, and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit reliability in fulfilling their responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, clean the work area, and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize, and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
