Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to harvest crops in a fast-paced environment and be accustomed to performing repetitive tasks
The candidates should possess physical strength and endurance for physically demanding activities and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to clean crops and the work area
The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables, weed, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, fertilize, and spray crops
