Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in performing repetitive tasks efficiently
• The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads safely and effectively and be physically fit to handle demanding tasks
• The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods as required by the duties and able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks as necessary

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables and clean the work area
• The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
