Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Retail store

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and be comfortable standing for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, demonstrate reliability, and be dependable
• The candidates should have the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, establish work schedules, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• The candidates should be able to authorize return of merchandise, resolve issues that may arise including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, and organize and maintain inventory
• The candidates should be able to manage cash and oversee payroll administration
