Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Carpet cleaning machine, Polishing machines, Waxing machine, Steam cleaners, Power lawn mowers, Upholstery cleaning equipment

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be physically capable of demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and work under pressure
• The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks and handling weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate dependability, show initiative, and exhibit reliability while being organized

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, stairs, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
• The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners, empty trash cans, and remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
• The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
• The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas and work with minimal supervision
