Salary: $21.90 hourly for 32 to 36 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Cleaning
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and be prepared for physically demanding work
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, including handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
- The candidates should be capable of weight handling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible, show initiative, and be organized
- The candidates should be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons or contractors for major repairs and maintenance
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
