Job Description:

Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 220 Manning Road NE suite 1040 Calgary, AB T2E 8K4
Shifts: Overtime
Transportation information: Vehicle supplied by employer
Work setting: Various locations, Commercial facility and Residential/client’s home

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

• The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment
• The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines
• The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should possess manual dexterity
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure
• The candidates should maintain a high level of attention to detail
• The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of their job responsibilities

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and mix, pour, and spread materials
• The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
• The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work and perform miscellaneous laboring activities to help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
• The candidates should be able to assist skilled tradespersons and load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
