Salary: $18.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Location: 4001 S Island Hwy, Campbell River, BC V9H 1G4, Canada
Shifts: Flexible Hours
Transportation information: Public transportation is available, and travel expenses paid by employer
Work setting: Employer’s home, optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (Note: This is NOT a condition of employment), and work in employer’s/client’s home
Target audience: Toddler to pre-school (1 – 3 years), and school age (6 – 12 years)
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 yearÂ
Security and safety: Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared to handle repetitive tasks efficiently as part of their role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing work requirements and environments

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to prepare infants and children for rest periods, supervise, and care for children
