Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to focus on the client’s needs, demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, and communicate excellently in oral form
- The candidates should be able to show flexibility in various situations, make sound judgments, and stay organized
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate reliability
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and shop for food and household supplies
- The candidates should be able to travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, and discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and tend to emotional well-being of children
