Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to care for pets and administer bedside and personal care
• The candidates should be able to administer medications and assist clients in water (i.e., pool)
• The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene and assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
• The candidates should be able to change non-sterile dressings and collect specimens
• The candidates should be able to demonstrate infant care to new parents and feed or assist in feeding
• The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens and mend clothing and linens
• The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties and plan therapeutic diets and menus
• The candidates should be able to provide companionship and personal care
• The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies and prepare and serve nutritious meals, and be able to cook
